Business Case Building for Fleet Owners
GreenV enables fleet assessment and conversion options. We do this by working with fleet owners to understand their current fleet application requirements. Life cycle modelling including post conversion requirements are assessed and whole of life ownership costs are presented with key recommendations.
Our experience shows us that displacing Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) fleet with converted vehicles as opposed to replacing with new is an effective means of asset life extension at a lower cost without compromising the overall functionality of the fleet.
Fleet Conversions
GreenV and its partners manage the entire fleet conversion process from current condition assessment through to back in service commissioning and hand over. Collectively we work with fleet owners to minimise the conversion impact to their business.
Change risks associated with conversion of the fleet are mitigated through GreenV and its partners providing engineering certification and engaging and tested driver programmes.
GreenV’s integrated supply chain makes a significant and valuable contribution to lowering the costs and timeliness of fleet conversions.
One-off Conversion
Your prized vehicle may be a match for our current fleet conversions, or the vehicle you are considering has a large number of customer demand enquiries.

In some cases, your intended conversion will be queued to meet collective fleet conversion requirements, enabling a cost-effective conversion that will benefit you.
